継続的な学生さんようこそ。そしてすべての新しい学生さんにも暖かい歓迎を。

【to make orientation go smoothly this year,we have divded you into groups.】
今年の導入を円滑にさせる為に、わたしたちは、あなたがたをグループに分けました。
【during ths first hour,students with last names beginning a to f will get their pictures taken and receive their new id card.】
この最初の時間で、last name　が　a　からf　までの学生は、写真を撮ってもらって、新しいid カードを受け取ってもらいます。

【those with names g to m will pick up their textbooks in the gym.】
g から m　までの学生達は、体育館にある教科書を受け取ります。

【last names s to z will get their locker assignments.】
last names　が　s から z　までの人たちは、ロッカーの assignments　を得ます。

【at the end of the hour, each group will rotate to the next activity.】
時間が終わったら、それぞれのグループは、次の活動に移ります。

【所見】
辞書を見ないで和訳しましたので、意味不明な所もあるのですが、ご了承を。
グループをみっつに分けて、一巡させるように、それぞれが同じactivityをするように、説明をしている内容のようです。漠然とながらイメージがつかめれば、pointは獲得できるようになっているのでしょう。
