現代のバイキングたちの航海
vikings are famous for their long journeys, but until recently little was known about how they built their longships.
バイキングたちは長い航海で有名ですが、最近まで、彼らがその長い船をどのように造ったかについてほとんど知られていませんでした。

reserchers from denmark decided to experimence firsthand the difficulties vikings would have faced.

they build a replica of a viking longship from 1042 and sailed it to ireland.
